Have you ever created a project and been super excited about it only to show other people in your life and be disappointed by the reactions? Well we, at CraftingGlow, feel your pain. I am lucky enough, at this point in life, to have a family of creatives around me, who “get me” and we get excited for each other’s projects.
Now instead of having to wait to find “your people”, my vision was to create a community that would both encourage creative growth and give people a place to feature their work.
Hi, I am Kat and I am the creator behind the CraftingGlow website. I needed a landing space for my family and friend’s creative projects because they are amazing crafters, writers, and artists. Unfortunately South-Central Pennsylvania is limited on venues to display all these great creative endeavors.
I am not limiting my page to only local artists but I did want a space to help out local artists and crafters. Especially those struggling with how to market their art. It can take years to grow a following and I knew this was a problem that I could solve. Eventually I would like to make featuring creatives and creating projects my full-time work, but one step at a time.
This year we are developing our content and finding like-minded creatives to partner with and grow our community.
