This is a PSA from your friendly blogging Avon lady. I’ve come to tell you that if you don’t remember the last time you cleaned your brushes, it is time!
I wash my brushes quickly and use this spray on brush cleaner from Amazon after washing but the brush cleaner is totally optional.

The take away here is that we should be cleaning our brushes regularly. I cleaned my brushes at recital time so that they would be clean when I did my daughter’s makeup.
I definitely don’t keep my brushes as clean as I should, but I had to clean them up when I knew I would be sharing them with my precious lol.
How to Clean Makeup Brushes
- Wash Brushes Using Regular Face Cleaner
- Rinse Clean
- Pat Dry with Towel
- (Optional) Use a Spray Brush Cleaner
- Wipe Cleaner Off Brush from Top to Tip with a Towel
- Prop to Dry with Bristles Facing Down.
